  • 会员1352：酒店有苗族服装，免费提供给客人拍摄。比那些外面租好太多了，上身效果很好，还是手工定做的。酒店在古城中心位置，车可以开到酒店门口，工作人员可以帮忙开到免费停车场，退房的时候再开过来，服务细节做得非常好。房间的装修很讨人喜欢，卫生干净，这两天下雨，湿衣服正好可以在房间烘干，每个房间都有烘干毛巾架，太赞了，吃饭也方便，周边吃饭地方很多，出门右拐就到江边了，直走100米到虹桥，在虹桥上可以的很好欣赏凤凰古城夜景。
  • 会员7986：酒店环境卫生非常好，前台服务员很热情，帮忙提行李，酒店还有品茶室。早餐是在隔壁餐馆凭晚餐券用餐，非常不错的一次旅行经历。酒店后面就是江边。吃喝都很方便。晚上休息不会很吵。景区停车场一天50块还算合理。之前位置不够停。车位太挤了退房时没注意把车刮了 😪😪，建议不要停靠在其他民宿旁边有石头。
  • 会员4451：对于住宿我是比较挑剔的，这家酒店的舒适度，环境和位置都很好，就在虹桥边上。酒店服务也非常好，因母亲腿不好，走的时候专门用车把我们送到车站。还有苗服可以穿，住了两天，每天都苗族姑娘打扮，经常引起游人问衣服那里买的或租的。下次来凤凰还会选择这个酒店。也会推荐给朋友。
  • 会员1528：这次出行就是开车过去的 很多自驾游的，酒店下面停满了，会有酒店的人帮停到专门的位置，需要用车的时候酒店的人帮开过来 酒店工作人员很热情 会给介绍周边的玩乐攻略，第一天晚上到达去看边城《翠翠》，酒店帮订好的票，在演出开始前还有酒店的员工打电话关心有没有到达，突然一下感受到了他们对客户的真诚。 适合带孩子 就在虹桥边上 出行比较便利 而且酒店有苗服免费借拍照，挺好玩呢。
